Do I really need a VA or do I just need to get more organised?
If you are spending more than 5 hours a week on tasks someone else could do, you need a VA.
What is the difference between a VAA and a VBM?
A VAA handles day-to-day tasks like email, calendar and documents. A VBM manages the bigger picture including projects, teams, systems and strategy.
I am a small business — is this affordable for me?
That is exactly who KAS serves. Packages start from $400 CAD per month, a fraction of what a part-time employee costs.
Will I always be working with Ramona directly?
Currently all client work is handled personally by Ramona. As KAS grows, any team members will be carefully selected and held to the same standards of excellence, integrity and confidentiality.
What tools and platforms do you work with?
Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Zoom, Canva, Mailchimp, Trello, Notion, HubSpot, Meta Business Suite and social media scheduling platforms. If you use a tool not listed here, just ask.
What are your working hours and response times?
Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm Mountain Time. All messages responded to within 24 business hours.
Do you work with clients outside Canada?
Yes. KAS currently serves clients in Canada and Australia and welcomes enquiries globally. International pricing available on request.
How do I know how many hours I have used?
You receive a clear monthly hours report alongside your invoice, showing every task completed, time spent and your running total. No surprises, ever.
What happens if I need more hours than my package includes?
Additional hours are billed at the standard hourly rate and shown clearly on your monthly invoice. If you consistently need more we can discuss moving to a higher tier.
What is your cancellation policy?
Monthly retainer services require 30 days written notice to cancel. Coaching and project-based work cancellation terms are outlined in your client agreement.
Is there any commitment required to get started?
None at all. Your first consultation is completely obligation-free. It is simply a conversation to see if we are a good fit.
