Ramona Fernandes didn't plan a career. She followed a calling.
As the Founder and CEO of Kingdom Administration Services, Ramona helps entrepreneurs simplify their operations and grow with purpose — through virtual admin support, business management and one-on-one coaching. But the work is about more than business. It's about people.
Born in Mumbai and shaped by a decade of living and working in Dubai, where she came to faith, Ramona relocated to Canada and has lived across Ontario, British Columbia and now Alberta. That journey through diverse cultures, communities and industries shaped a leadership style marked by deep listening, relational trust and a gift for helping people find clarity in the middle of complexity.
With over 20 years of professional experience and a commerce degree behind her, Ramona brings both the strategic rigour and the human warmth her clients need — whether they're launching a business, scaling their operations or simply trying to breathe again. Her clients don't just get tasks done. They get a trusted partner who listens deeply, thinks strategically, and genuinely cares about what they're building.
Outside of KAS, Ramona leads Rise Above, a community group for single mothers, and is building the Kingdom Women Collective, a citywide network gathering women in business and leadership around shared Kingdom values. She lives in Calgary and is a proud mother of two.
